Special Kennebec High Release: Adrenaline Whitewater!
Join us on these special whitewater releases as the Kennebec River will be flowing at nearly DOUBLE its normal volume. FPL will be testing their generating turbines by releasing the maximum amount of water possible from Harris Station.
- This is an "aggressive, high adventure white water rafting trip" ... only those with a "GO FOR IT!" attitude should sign up.

2012 Kennebec Turbine Test Release Dates
- Saturday June 16th: 8000 cfs
- Monday July 9th: 8000 cfs
- Saturday September 8th: 8000 cfs
- Saturday September 22nd: 8000 cfs
Book your preferred date early. Insiders tip - The September 2011 trips sold out well in advance, June stayed open till a couple weeks before the High Water release date. July is totally hit or miss. Good luck!
