What is Geocaching?
Geocaching is an entertaining adventure game for GPS users. You get to hike in the woods and use the high tech features of the GPS unit to find small hidden "caches". These caches exist all over the world; the locations are shared via GPS coordinates on the internet. Self-Guided Geocaching Treasure Hunts
If you don't need instruction but want to rent a GPS for the day to try Geocaching for yourself, pick up your "treasure hunt" information from our main lodge at The Forks Resort Center, set your GPS coordinates, and you're off at your own pace to find carefully hidden caches across the 250 acres of our Adventure Resort. Kids and beginners will love the special blend of high tech toys and classic searches for Treasure!
