Large Cabins on the River

Nestled in the woods on the bank of the Kennebec River, these two rustic timber-framed cabins offer a quiet escape from everything for your large group. The cabins are located about a quarter mile walk from the main lodge for lots of privacy and solitude. Located at the south end of the Kennebec River Campground, they are the only cabins at Northern Outdoors next to the Kennebec River.

Friday & Saturday night stays during summer peak season must be booked alongside a full day activity.

These cabins are located at Northern Outdoors Adventure Resort in The Forks, with Kennebec & Dead River rafting, ATVing, fishing, and groomed access to Maine’s best snowmobile trails. The main lodge with Kennebec River Pub & Brewery, hot tub, swimming pool, and other amenities are just steps (or a short drive) away!
