Brew Pub in The Forks, Maine
Our Maine brewpub serves up fresh food daily and has a rainbow of beers on tap from our on-site brewery, launched in 1996. Kennebec River Brewery was one of the earliest breweries in Maine, and was the first Maine Beer Trail destination at an Adventure Resort. Fuel up with some Carrabassett Coffee and a Hiker’s Breakfast before a day on the river or the trails; and kick back after your adventures with a Magic Hole IPA and a Woodsman Burger.
Brewed in the main lodge of Northern Outdoors, and served direct to brewpub guests in the bar and restaurant. Also sold to-go in growlers and cans!

Yes, we’re a brewery – but we’re so much more than that! Located in The Forks, Maine, we are incredibly lucky to be surrounded by abundant forests, beautiful trails, and pristine waters — and what better way to enjoy a delicious, locally crafted beer than after an outdoor adventure?! In the summertime, The Forks is all about whitewater rafting, with daily trips on the Kennebec and Dead Rivers, post-trip BBQ cookouts on the deck, weekend cornhole tournaments and DJs, huge hot tub on the deck, and weekday drink and dinner specials. Plus, ATV and hiking trails for days! In the winter, The Forks turns into a prime snowmobiling destination with trailside cabins accessing Maine’s 14,000 mile trail network and onsite snowmobile rentals. Stop by off the trail, or grab a cabin here and call us your home base for area adventures. All rivers and trails lead to the brewery…
