Training and Development that Delivers Results. (And Participants Love It!)

Our Adventure Challenge programs offer an original approach to team building, personal development and leadership skills training. Participants are encouraged to develop their goal setting, problem solving and communication skills through a series of activities ranging from whitewater rafting to ropes challenge courses. These activities promote self-awareness and enhance self-esteem in a non-threatening, supportive, yet fun and challenging environment. We call it experiential learning - a fun and effective step up from the traditional classroom!

Using proven experiential learning techniques, our programs provide participants with the valuable life skills they need to successfully negotiate life’s opportunities and challenges. All of our Adventure Challenge programs are designed to your group’s specific requirements. We can combine elements from our certified ropes course with any of our other outdoor adventures, creating multi-day packages tailored to your group’s needs.
