More than what I expected!

The river scene was beautiful, made me appreciate springtime in Maine. After the exhilarating whitewater run we hit up the brewery, excellent.
The accommodation’s were just like being at home. Comfortable, warm and quiet. The lodge is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing.
Ten of us came back this year for a father son trip and we had an amazing time. The staff was Great and the accommodations were better then expected. Liz treated us to another awesome experience and Jess did a fantastic job. Will definitely be staying at the Northern Outdoors again.
It change our expectations on what a snowmobile weekend should be. We have returned over 10 times over the years and introduced many of our friends and family to our “extended family” at Northern Outdoors and the incredible snowmobiling trails and conditions in northern Maine.
These 2 trips have sold us on Northern Outdoors (along with the float trips we’ve done) and we tell everyone we talk with about the trips and the great experiences at Northern Outdoors!!
My sister planned this whole trip for our family of 20 so I didn’t know much about it. Way beyond what I thought it could be. Awesome accommodations – we had a huge cabin that slept 16 of us. Great food when we ate there. Corn hole games, outdoor pool, trails to hike, hot tub…… awesome. The people were so personable – awesome customer service.
Our family made life long memories that are priceless to us all. Thanks you for everything – the whole Northern Outdoors team was amazing!
We brought family with us this year and they were not sure what to expect. Everyone enjoyed the adventure and excitement of something real and natural.
My group rafted the Kennebec last summer and had a blast and decided to come up again to raft the Penobscot. The trip was fantastic!
One of THE BEST family fun vacations ever! We ran the Penobscot and Kennebec rivers this trip. The entire trip was a blast.
My wife and I stayed at the River Driver Cabin last weekend for a high school reunion. We had a great time. I can’t say enough good things about the staff.
