What do you enjoy most about working at Northern Outdoors?
I enjoy working with the people who come here to experience the wilderness and waterways this area has to offer
What is your favorite river to guide, and your favorite rapid on that river?
Dead River at high water. All the rapids are good
What’s your classic Northern Outdoors memory?
So many! Fighter jets flying up the Kennebec River gorge on their practice run while we were rafting!
Where do you adventure when you are not working?
I pretty much adventure in the same area I work. Soo much to do. I also enjoy the ocean!
What do you do in the off-season when you’re not guiding for Northern Outdoors?
I am fortunate enough to work at Northern Outdoors year round.
Tell us about any certifications, special talents, guide awards.
I have a special talent of being in the right place at the right time. And keeping folks happy through supplying them with beer.
What rivers have you run outside of Maine?
The Green River in Utah.

Magic Hole IPA

I had a great time at your home when we all got together to install your heating system. Joanne and I visited your parents and stayed a few days. I think the beer had something to do with it.
